La and Larry at the 3 West Club in NYC

12.29.2008

La and Larry were really sweet and great to work with. I could not have asked or photographed a better couple to end the 2008 Season and great season it was.  Thank you all for a wonderful, memorable and fun filled 2008 wedding season.  I will see you all in 2009! Back to La and Larry’s wedding, they had there reception at the 3 West Club across the street from Rockefeller Center. We considered walking over to the tree but when we realized that the whole world was out for the Holidays and wanting to see the beautiful tree we decided to just stay at the venue, but we definitely had a great time. The coupled looked amazing and relaxed the whole day. The venue was cool. It’s a boutique hotel with a nice ballroom in the the city.

La and Larry thanks for a wonderful time. Wish you both the very best. Congrats!

Nicole and Alex’s Proposal and Engagement Session in NYC

12.22.2008

This was a very special session for a couple of reasons. It’s not all the time that as a professional one gets the opportunity to photograph one of your peers and good friends well as capture the moment that they decide to propose to the person who they want to spend the rest of their life with. When Alex asked me to capture this special moment, I was really thrilled and excited for him. I couldn’t believe it! The day started out with a little snow which I thought would add to this romantic moment. We texted each other to make sure we were on point and ready. Alex proposed to Nicole in Central Park in front of the famed Bethesda Fountain.  The scene had Hollywood screaming all over it. NYC, Central Park, on a snowy day how better can it get. It actually can by Nicole saying yes! and of course she did. They laughed, they ran, they played in the snow, you name it they did it. Let’s take a look at some of those wonderful moments.

Domenica and Patrick Engagement Session in NYC

12.22.2008

First of all this was one of the coldest days and what a way to kick off the winter. There was that crazy snow storm the day before but that wasn’t going to stop us from going to Central Park and Grand Central Station for an awesome session. Snow at Central Park is a beautiful thing.  Anyways, Domenica and Patrick were absolutely fabulous. They definitely kept each other warm. They were trooper from beginning to end but we didn’t realize how cold we were until we went to Grand Central Station. I can’t wait until their wedding in October at the Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, CT.
