Jennifer and Patrick to came to me way of Colleen and Brian whose wedding I photographed in June 2007. When I first meet Jennifer she was full of energy and very excited. During the session Jennifer and Patrick were absolutely insanely funny. They were very into each other and having loads of fun.  We had one of the best days, I think it was almost 90 degrees which now seems so long ago with all this rain we’ve been having. Jennifer and Patrick are getting married at the Crystal Springs Resort in July and I love shooting there. The resort has one of the most beautiful sunsets around as you will see in the images that follow. Jennifer and Patrick I am looking forward to your wedding for sure!

Wow! What a wedding, this one had it all! From the moment I met Newsy, I knew right away this was going to be one of those weddings that I will always remember. Newsy had an incredible vision for her wedding she left nothing to chance and everything was executed flawlessly. I first met Willy at their engagement session and he was cool, calm and collected and of course spontaneous. There was no doubt how in love they were and how much fun they have when they are together.

As if this wedding did not have it going on already, Newsy emailed me with incredible news. Her wedding was chosen by her venue the Villa at Mountain Lakes for a TV show that is airing on TLC. That’s right TLC! As of right now the show is called “Immaculate Receptions.”  The show is scheduled to air on June 14, 2009. I will keep everyone posted on the details as we get closer!  I was totally floored and excited at the same time. This was an opportunity of a life time. Yours truly was going to be doing his thing on TV! No Pressure. So of course there was an entire production team involved. Having not done anything like this before, I really did not know what to expect. Everything turned out amazing and the production company Original Media was awesome to work with!

OK, back to the wedding day.  Newsy looked stunning she was just gorgeous. She was excited and ready to marry the love of her life Mr. Willy. The girls had that nervous energy and excitement. The house was definitely buzzing. The wedding day was perfect, everything fell into place and was on cruise control which rarely happens. The ceremony was beautiful and emotional. 

After the ceremony we went to the Aboretum in Morristown, The bridal party was the best. They were game for anything and they did not disappoint. The girls were dancing the guys were chanting it was a party out there. The reception was awesome! Everyone had a blast, Newsy and Willy had Diablos who perform during Carnival in the Dominican Republic at the wedding dancing with guests. It was out of this world! I must admit it brought back some bad childhood memories when I saw the Diablos come out. I guess I have some unresolved issues. LOL!

Also, I was not alone, I had my good friend David shooting with me as well. He worked with Willy and the guys. David was extremely helpful and on point. Thanks Dave! So let’s take a look at the day that was.

Newsy and Willy what can I say, Thank you, Thank you and Thank you! This was a memorable wedding and one I will never forget. You guys were truly amazing from beginning to end and I am just thrilled that I was there to document your wedding and be a witness to the love that you guys displayed. I never had the opportunity to meet Amy and Lenny until their wedding day and they were both absolutely wonderful and amazing to work with. When I arrived at Amy’s parents house she looked stunning and ready to get married. She was so graceful and elegant which made by job that much easier. I met Lenny at the church and he was a bit nervous but ready to marry Amy. These two were truly ready start their new life together. When we arrived at Nanina’s in the Park, we had a blast. The bridal party was fun and Amy and Lenny were naturals and so very comfortable with each other and in Love! I also had the Maggie assist me and she was awesome as well.
