Christine and Shin at Addison Park in Aberdeen, NJ

09.30.2009

Christine and Shin had a picture perfect wedding at an awesome venue. The had the ceremony and reception at Addison Park. It was my first time and it was great. They saw each other before the ceremony which was great because it gave us plenty of time to get all the photos done and then they could enjoy their cocktail hour after the ceremony. Christine looked fabulous and her dress fit like a glove. Shin didn’t look bad either. The two of them were visible in love and it showed up in the photos. They were awesome to work with.

Christine and Shin many congrats to the two of you. Hope you enjoy your honeymoon!

Mia and Michael at the Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY

09.29.2009

My beautiful wife and I married in the fall and we loved it, that being said I am a big fan of fall weddings. It’s that that time of the year now and the weddings look beautiful. Mia and Michael had what I think was a beautiful fall classic. Their wedding was elegant and timeless. The venue was also elegant and classic. The ceremony and reception were held at the Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY which is part of the Abigail Kirschfamily of venues. So, you know the food was crazy good and yummy! Mia looked gorgeous and her dress was stunning it fit like a glove. Michael looked smooth. The bridal party was fun and lively just how I like’em. One of my favorite moments was right before and after Michael first saw Mia. His expression was priceless. Mia and Michael have a very special connection and that was witnessed by all when they read their own wedding vows to each other. There wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd. The ceremony was outdoors and took place right before the sunset as a photographer that is what we call “Golden Light” and it is just beautiful light to work with. The reception and food was equally as good and the details were on point. I had a blast as always and I think Michelle who shot with me had a good time as well. Thanks Michelle!

Mia and Michael you are a beautiful couple and I wish you guys nothing but happiness. Congrats!

Tamara and Jorge at Florentine Gardens in Rivervale, NJ

09.24.2009

One of the coolest couples ever! Tamara and Jorge have it all. They are funny, cool, laid back, fun, chill, you name it they’re it. The wedding was no different. It was a blast from jump. Let’s start the Tamara who looked beautiful and relaxed. Jorge wasn’t to shabby looking himself. They are perfect for each other and you can tell by how comfortable and happy they were. Nothing got in their way from enjoying their wedding day. That’s how it should be. The day was picture perfect and the reception was like being in a club in NYC which is what they wanted. The reception took place at one of the premier venues in New Jeresy, The Estate at Florentine Gardens. The music was awesome and everyone seemed like they couldn’t get off the dance floor. I was feeling the vibe that night, I was partying like a rock star and taking photos as well. Also want to thank Alex for shooting with me as well.

Tamara and Jorge you guys were simply awesome that’s all I have to say You ROCK! Congrats and holla when you get back from the honeymoon.

Brittany and Craig at Mt. Gulian Historic Site

09.22.2009

There’s something just majestic and beautiful about getting married in the Hudson Valley. I might be a little biased because my wife and I married in the Hudson Valley several moons ago. Brittany and Craig had an absolutely beautiful wedding at a historical site. Brittany and Craig have a cool story. they met each other at the famous Culinary Institute aka CIA in Hyde Park. They are just an incredible couple to work with and are very passionate about food. They had their ceremony and reception inside the barn at the Mount Gulian Historical Site. It was perfect and picturesque, it was rustic yet elegant, casual but sophisticated. It had it all. You can feel and see the emotions between them and their family and friends. They had their culinary friends do all the catering for the wedding it was a food fest. They wanted a cocktail hour type of reception were there were passed hor’s dourves throughout the evening. Every hour there were different hor’s dourves being passed. Me loving food they way I do, I was in heaven and loving every moment. The food was to die for. These guys were throwing it down like Bobby Flay, Emeril, and then some. Martha you got nothing on these guys! . Brittany looked gorgeous in her Priscilla of Boston dress and the guys were casual and comfortable in their cream color linen suits. The details were fabulous and appropriate. She had beautiful fall colors through out. I also want to thank Millie for shooting with me as well. Great stuff as always.

Brittany and Craig you guys a wonderful and truly special. You are perfect for each other and I wish you guys the very best. Congrats!

Pamela and Stephen Engagement Session

09.11.2009

I had a great time with Pamela and Staephen during their session we started out at Central Park and then made our way to one of their favorite spots in the city. We went to the westside underneath the Westside Highway. It was really cool and different. We were up close on the Hudson River out on what seems like a pier. There is a restuarant and places to hang out and relax on a nice summer night like we had. They will be getting married this coming November at the Glen Island Harbour in New Rochelle. I can’t wait. See you guys then.

Liz and Matt

09.11.2009

Part of who I call the fantastic four. Liz and Matt ahd a wonderful wedding. They are both cops in Staten Island and love what they do as witnessed with their cake topper which was pretty cool. Liz looked beautiful and Matt was no stranger to the camera. I knew most of the bridal party since I had photographed three other couples who are all friends. It is so cool to see people whose wedding you photographed at a wedding.

Congrats to you guys. You are both wonderful people and it was a great pleasure being a part of your wedding.

Kimberly and Eric Engagement Session

09.05.2009

In real estate it’s all about location, location, location! When it comes to couples it’s all about chemistry, chemistry, chemistry and Kimberly and Eric had it and lots of it. They were very comfortable with each other and in front of the camera. They were just so easy to work with. I just stood back and captured them doing their thing and just being themselves. We went to Central Park and since they live in Manhattan’s upper westside it was a no brainer. The day was perfect and the light was great as well all the ingredients for a awesome session. Kimberly and Eric will be getting married next July at the Meadow Manor in New Jersey. I am looking forward to their wedding and their session.

Jessica and Michael

09.05.2009

I didn’t get to meet Jessica and Michael until the day of the wedding and they were super cool and nice in person as they were over the phone. It was great working with this beautiful but yet down to earth couple. It’s really nice to see a couple in their element and be comfortable with each other. The wedding was simple but yet elegant. The ceremony and reception was held at the famous Naninas in the Park in Belleville, NJ. They are awesome to work with and the food is ridiculous. The cocktail hour at this place is insane and the portions are extremely generous. That’s what you get when you have your wedding at an Italian venue. AWESOME FOOD!

Congrats to you both and many happy moments together!
